Wholewheat Tortilla Wrap with Ham and Peppers

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS

1 wholewheat tortilla
40 ml reduced fat mayonnaise
2 slices smoked ham
1 salad pepper, seeded and sliced
1 salad onion, finely sliced lengthways Fresh herb rocket leaves Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Spread the mayonnaise in a thin layer over the tortilla.

2. Place the ham on top and follow with the pepper, onion and rocket.

3. Season to taste and roll closed. Cut in half and wrap in Glad Style Wrap.

4. Pack in a lunch box with fresh fruit and oats crunchies.
