Pitas filled with chicken salad

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS

1 pita bread, halved
1 chicken breast filled, cooked and roughly chopped
1 small salad pepper, seeded and sliced
2 salad onions, chopped
60 ml mayonnaise Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Fresh herb salad leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the chicken, pepper, onions and mayonnaise together. Season to taste.

2. Fill the pita halves with the chicken salad and fresh herb leaves. 3. Wrap with Glad Style wrap and place in a lunch box with biscuits and a fruit yoghurt of choice.
